PROJECT OBJECTIVE

Develop a more self-reliant on-farm frost monitoring system that can help detect frost events as they occur in paddocks and alert growers to assess and implement management strategies quicker and more efficiently and reduce the economic impacts frost events can incur.

OUTCOMES

  • Encouraging commercial investment in innovations which demonstrably contribute towards ensuring Australian grain growers profitability.


  • Supporting innovators, growers, grower groups, agribusiness, start-up companies, small to medium commercial entities, academic and research organisations to build commercially sustainable products and/or services for the Australian grains industry that demonstrably contribute towards enduring Australian grain growers profitability.


  • Increasing the number of comercial innovations available to the Australian grains industry that demonstrably contribute towards enduring Australian grains grower profitability.
