PROJECT OBJECTIVE
The project aims to support grower groups to carry out initiatives that will provide value to their members. Groups may have a specific project, event or resource they are delivering and are missing internal capacity that Farmanco could support them with. The in-kind support provided by Farmanco can engage the broad scope of our capabilities, including accessing our staff, expertise or resources.
OUTCOMES
Support YFIG to establish a Farm Scale Trial Establishment Policy.
Assist Southern Rangelands Pastoral Alliance to identify the most cost effective and practical finance systems that are relevant to their group.
Support Esperance Zone Innovation Group to develop a business plan that helps financially underpin the strategic objectives of the group.
Provide GIS mapping support to North Stirlings Pallinup Natural Resources.
Develop a forward budget planning template for MADFIG.
Provide Data Analysis Support for Trials to Gillamii Centre.
Support Dumbleyung Land Conservation District Committee with Bookkeeping system migration and Xero training.
Assist Southern Dirt with Tender Development for a Community Drought Resilience Project.
