A desktop analysis of suitable growing areas, varieties and agronomic packages to be developed for soft wheat production in WA and SA for use as a basis for this investment and any future investments.
Output 2:
By March 2029, deliver a completed communication and extension package as well as Monitoring and Evaluation (M & E).
Output 3:
By March 2029, identification of target production environments, initial variety agronomics and gross margins are available to growers.
Following the desktop analysis, the project will conduct five field trials per annum (minimum of two in Western Australia and two in South Australia) in identified regions, over three years.
